William G. Hyland Jr. is a trial lawyer with over twenty-five years of appellate and complex civil litigation experience. A former prosecutor, Mr. Hyland’s law firm serves as in house counsel to Travelers Insurance Company. Mr. Hyland attended Washington & Lee University, graduated from the University of Alabama with a B.A. in Political Science and the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University (J.D.). Mr. Hyland is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia, Florida, Alabama, and Colorado; the U.S. Supreme Court; the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals; and the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. Before Law School, Mr. Hyland worked with a TOP SECRET security clearance for the Arms Control and Disarmament Agency. His published law review articles include, A Civil Action: Hemings v.
